Ingredients
- Split soybeans (5 ounces/140 grams)
- Boiling water (3 quarts/3 liters)
- Cold water (1 quart/1 liter)
Steps
- Put soybeans in a pan and pour the boiling water over them.
- Let cool and wait for 6 - 12 hours.
- Drain the beans.
- Put the beans into a blender. Add the cold water and mix for 3 minutes.
- Drain the beans, add cold water and mix it in a blender for 3 minutes.
- Separate the soy milk from the solids by squeezing through a cheesecloth.
- Boil soy milk for 10 minutes.
- Finished.
